I cannot access my 2-FA account. What do I do?

In order to re-set your 2FA, please send an email to support@debitum.network containing these 2 things:

1. You holding an identification document (this is used to prove your identity)
2. You holding a note with written information on it (Debitum Network + TODAYS DATE) (to prove that somebody has not got a hold of your photo and you are doing it today).

Once this information is sent and we can verify it we will reset the 2-factor authenticator.
