Why cannot I log in?

There might be a few reasons why you might not be able to log in to your account:
- Your email address has not been verified upon registration: make sure you find an email in your inbox from support@debitum.network called "Verify Your Email" and verify your email address.
- The email you are entering is incorrect or starts with a capital letter: instead of entering debitum@debitum.network you are entering Debitum@debitum.network.

If any of these issues persist, please try resetting your password by clicking "Forgot Password" button. In case of unsuccessful log-in after that, email our support staff at support@debitum.network and they will investigate further.
